PROCESSING TIME
Please allow me 3-10 days to process your order. Oftentimes I will ship more quickly (I shoot for the 1-4 days after ordering range) but I am just a one person operation and sometimes things come up! I appreciate your patience and support :) Because of fast processing times, I do not accept cancellations.

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKED?
Orders are packed by me and are shipped from Illinois! I do my best to ship my items in sustainable cardboard/paper/recycled and reusable packaging, but I'm also working through a backlog of certain plastic items so as to not let them go to waste. I strongly encourage you to reuse and recycle your packaging!

REFUND AND RETURNS TOS
Due to the nature of my small business, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, if your item is lost or damaged in the mail, or an error has been made on my end, please fill out my contact form in a timely manner so we can come to a solution! If a package has been lost in the mail, I will prompt you to file a claim with your local USPS office.

SHIPPING
Please double check your address and contact information before placing your order! I am not responsible for packages that arrive to an incorrect or incomplete address. If mail is returned to me due to you supplying me with the incorrect address, I am not responsible for additional shipping charges. Shipping to a friend? Make sure to confirm their address, including apartment numbers with them. They might love a surprise, but would love getting the gift safely delivered more! 

PREORDERS
All orders that include preorder items ship once the final preorder item arrives to me. If you would like orders to be split, please place two separate orders to account for extra shipping charges. This practice helps me to minimize packaging waste.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You are responsible for any import taxes and duties that your package may incur.
